Vortex says that mods can't be deployed because the mod staging folder needs to be on the same drive as the game. 2019-01-30 So I have been trying to get a mod to work in Skyrim SE. It it installed in Vortex, is Enabled and Deployed and is also listed within the games In-Game Mod list, but the mod is not active. The mod is Liliths Tools Redone, and I don't believe it has any additional requirements to be active. I have screenshots of the mod being listed in game, and the description seems to be missing. We generally suggest that users opt for the hardlink method but that would require both game and Vortex's staging folder to be on the same partition and have full write access to the game's mods folder (in the case of Skyrim that would be your data folder).

so mal nen bissl mit vortex gespielt, aber irgendwie is mir das zu hoch. mod runtergeladen s.o. alternative start, instaliert , aktiviert . taucht unter plugins nicht auf, vortex zu gemacht neugestartet taucht auf. deutsche esp runtergeladen manuel entpackt und wollt im modordner von skyrim per hand überscheiben .

I installed it on my D drive because of storage reasons, but this is different than the drive Skyrim SE is currently installed in. Vortex says that mods can't be deployed since the staging folder is is on C drive and not D drive with the game. Simple to fix as all I have to do is move the staging folder, but if I move this staging folder, does it
